Since then, our contractors license has expanded to include most cities in Summit, Portage, Medina and Stark counties in Ohio. Rob Cogdeill, a NARI certified remodeler, has over 20 years of experience in remodeling and new construction. Attention to detail, doing a job right, and finishing in a timely manner are some of the things Rob expects of his employees. He knows that his company is only as good as its employees, so hiring quality people has always been top priority. Before starting a company of his own, Rob worked for a well known remodeling firm, gaining knowledge and experience. Now, with his own company, he continues to keep up to date with new products and innovative solutions in order to better serve his customers. DOUGLAS D. FLEMING - VICE PRESIDENT

Doug Fleming, also a NARI certified remodeler, has over 18 years experience in remodeling and new construction. His specialty is architectural design. As a certified remodeler, Doug has the experience and skills necessary to design anything from new construction to additions. He prides himself on his ability to design solutions that compliment the architectural details of your home. His background includes designing custom homes for both builders and individual clients.
